Appointment guests
Add guests to appointments.
If a user accepts an appointment they can choose whether to bring guests or not. This can be disabled on a "per appointment" basis (online/static => administrator, dynamic => host; default => disabled).
Guests are saved on per group linked to users. Guests are invited by email:
- If a guest is using the Stammtisch app:
- Get a notification on an invite
- Can see invited appointments in the notification screen
- If invite accepted => show as normal appointment on their home screen.
- If invite declined => delete as guest
- If a guest is not using the Stammtisch app:
- Send an email
- Step 1: Sent ical, accept and decline button.
- Step 2: Send link to website. They can accept or decline and see appointment.
