Appointment guests

Add guests to appointments.

If a user accepts an appointment they can choose whether to bring guests or not. This can be disabled on a "per appointment" basis (online/static => administrator, dynamic => host; default => disabled).

Guests are saved on per group linked to users. Guests are invited by email:

  • If a guest is using the Stammtisch app:
    • Get a notification on an invite
    • Can see invited appointments in the notification screen
    • If invite accepted => show as normal appointment on their home screen.
    • If invite declined => delete as guest
  • If a guest is not using the Stammtisch app:
    • Send an email
    • Step 1: Sent ical, accept and decline button.
    • Step 2: Send link to website. They can accept or decline and see appointment.
